Basic requirements for a digital nomad visa
- Complete and sign the national visa application form.
- A recent passport-sized color photograph.
- A valid passport with a minimum of 1-year validity and two blank pages. Passports older than 10 years will not be accepted.
- Criminal record certificates for the past 2 years and a responsible declaration confirming the absence of criminal records in the last five years.
- Proof of legal residence in the consular district.
- Payment of the visa fee, subject to currency fluctuations.
- Health insurance covering all risks insured by Spain’s public health system.
